How soon after placing an order will you ship?

Once your order is placed, we will allocate your order, and begin the processing it. Most orders ship out same business day if the order is placed by 1pm EST unless otherwise noted.

How long does shipping take?

We currently offer Free ground shipping 4-5 days as well as 3 day, 2 day and overnight for an additional charge. International shipping as well. One Kinect/Wii Per order.

If you ship to a different address other than your billing, your order may be placed in pending status until we can verify additional information for security purposes. To eliminate this delay we urge customers to ship to the billing address.

How can I return an item?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unopen, sealed original condition, serials matching. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns. Contact us for return procedure.

Are all your products in brand new condition?

All items offered on WiiPeddler.com are brand new, unopened, factory packaged. Dropshipped from our supplier.

What about warranty?

All items are covered under the original manufacture warranty.
