Returns


To be qualified for a return the item(s) must meet the following guidelines:

1. Unopened and in MINT condition/original packaging and or containers.
2. Products which have serial numbers must match the one in our database.
3. Returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and the blank warranty cards.

How to Return an Order


You must follow these guidelines in order for your return to be processed

1. Login to your account and view your completed orders.
2. Find the order you would like to return and submit a return request.
3. You will recieve an email with the return authorization number and instructions on how to properly return your order.


 

Canceling an order


Due to providing our customers with the best experience, we try to process orders quickly so you only have about 15 minutes from the time of ordering to cancel your order

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. 

Refunds

 


Refunds will only be given to the original credit card used for payment or store credit.

Under no circumstances will be shipping & handling cost be refunded.

Refunds vary depending on your credit card institution, usually refunds are reflected on your billing statement within 1-7 business days.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns/refusal of delivery unless the item is defective.  In certain conditions up to 50% may be charged if proper return procedure is not followed.


Any defective merchandise can only be exchanged.

You have the option of receiving store credit for your return/exchanges, in this case no restocking fee will apply.
